Over 150 MaNu Arrowmen enjoyed a great time at the Fall Fellowship held October 19-21, 2007 at Slippery Falls Scout Ranch. They traded patches, made soapstone Indian pipes and leather arrowhead neckerchief slides, shot blackpowder and archery, learned and practiced ceremonies and Indian dances, threw tomahawks, ran for the arrow around Lake Payne, polished their LNT skills, and studied life as a mountain man. As if that wasn't enough, we ate outstanding food the entire weekend, including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, a sandwich bar, homemade soup, a salad bar, roast beef (started on Friday night and cooked until it fell apart), mashed potatoes and gravy, breakfast casserole and a Saturday evening crackerbarrel of ice cream. No one wanted for delicious food! In addition, eight MaNu arrowmen completed their Brotherhood, and seventeen completed Bowstring. That evening the Vigil call-out ceremony was held. On Sunday morning an LEC was held and the 2008 lodge officers were elected. Everyone had a super time!
